What we collect
- Account details: name, email, club or workspace membership, role, and authentication records.
- Coaching content you create: voice notes, transcripts, tasks, staff and squad records, fixtures, and delivery history.
- Device and push data: app version, device type, and Apple Push and VoIP tokens so we can deliver notifications you enable.
- Microphone audio when you record a capture. We do not record in the background without that action.
- WhatsApp numbers and message content when a workspace connects WhatsApp to deliver instructions to staff.
- Billing identifiers and subscription status if the workspace is on a paid plan. We do not store full card numbers.
- Diagnostics: request logs, crash reports, and product analytics on the public site.
How we use it
- Run the capture, transcription, task, and delivery loop you ask for.
- Send push notifications, WhatsApp, and in-app updates you enable.
- Authenticate you, bill the workspace, and prevent abuse.
- Fix reliability issues and improve the product.
- Meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use coaching content to train a CoCoach foundation model.
Processors
Depending on the features a workspace uses, we send the minimum needed data to:
- hosting and the app backend (Vercel, Supabase);
- background jobs (Inngest);
- speech-to-text (Deepgram, AssemblyAI);
- Apple Push Notification service for iPhone and Watch alerts;
- WhatsApp delivery when a workspace connects it;
- payments (Stripe);
- site analytics on co-coach.app.
Retention and deletion
Workspace records stay while the account is active. You can ask us to delete an account by emailing hello@co-coach.app from the address on the account, subject line “Account deletion”. We start deletion when we verify the request. Backups, billing, and legal records may remain for the period the law requires.
Children
CoCoach is for professional coaching staff. It is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.
